Paterson Task Force is now assisting the Low-Income Home Water Assistance (LIHWAP). This is a federally funded program that provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills.

How to Apply? Applications are now available online through the Department of Community Affairs website. Visit the DCAID service portal.

Must supply:

• Current water bill (all pages)
• Proof of residence/address (lease/mortgage deed)
• Proof of income (for all household residents 18+)
• Social Security Card (ID/Resident Card)
