- Teen LINKS is PPMNJ's 6-month, paid after-school youth development program for high school students in Essex, Passaic, and Hudson counties, in which up to 12 teens per county are trained in sexual health peer education, advocacy, and community activism.
- Teen LINKS educate their peers through interactive community workshops, tabling, and social media campaigns.
- Their peer education model delivers high quality, comprehensive education from teen-to-teen in the form of learning activities, such as Birth Control Bingo, Consent Jeopardy, skits, and more.
- Teen LINKS Interns are also involved in the planning of PPMNJ's yearly Teen Life Conferences.
