New Eyes provides basic prescription glasses for people in financial need in the U.S. through our e-voucher program.

There are no fees for the program. New Eyes serves all ages.

New Eyes is currently able to accept applications from individuals in financial need, who do NOT have access to a social service agency. This application is ONLY for individuals who do not have a social worker, case manager or other health advocate. Visit the website for individual application:  https://voucherapp.new-eyes.org/apply

New Eyes does not provide, or pay for, eye exams.

Eligibility	To qualify, people must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty guideline; have an eyeglass prescription dated within the last 24 months; have no other resources available to pay for glasses, including federal/state programs; and have not received a New Eyes voucher within the past 12 months.
