CAPCO is a private nonprofit organization that, for over 30 years, has provided HIV/AIDS and STI medical services, financial assistance, and wellness counseling in Passaic and Bergen Counties.
CAPCO provides case management services for persons and families infected or affected by HIV disease and other STIs; health education and referral services; community presentations on HIV/AIDS and other STIs; treatment case management including assistance with medication regimens; a pharmaceutical assistance program; a Community Health Worker program; and outpatient substance abuse counseling.
